Medico-Legal / Psycho-Legal Assessment
As Industrial Psychologists we work within the legal arena by offering comprehensive Medico-Legal / Psycho-Legal expertise regarding Loss of Earnings, caused by road accidents, medical negligence and workplace injuries.
Following an accident, injury at work or incident of medical negligence, our Medico Legal / Psycho-Legal Process assesses the consequences of personal injury to establish and express an opinion to the instructing attorneys for presentation in court, if necessary. The process reviews past and future loss of income by determining the employability of an individual, their limitations, career prospects, career plateau and earning potential.

Our Background
Francisco da Silva and Dr. Sergio Peral founded The Synergiser Group with the vision of helping organisations create sustainable synergy and value that increases revenue, reduces cost and improves profit by leveraging Industrial-Organisational Psychology, business best practice and common sense.
Francisco is a registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist and Psychometrist with more than 10 years management experience in the consulting and FMCG industries. He was recognised as the best Industrial-Organisational Psychology Masters student from the S.A board for People Practices and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. He has featured in publications such as the ABInBev Owners Magazine and published in the International HR Future Magazine. Having a keen interest in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Francisco believes that the opportunities of today will be fundamentally different to those of tomorrow.
Sergio brings with him a wealth of classical Industrial-Organisational Psychology expertise and graduated with the Top Achievers Award from the University of Johannesburg, and has published numerous times for his research on Personality, Job Crafting and Performance. He is also actively involved in academic research within the field of Industrial-Organisational Psychology and instrument design.
